September Eleventh 2001 Tribute

On this day 2 Qantas staff members lost theirs lives when their aircraft, American Airlines Flight 11, was hijacked by terrorists and flown into one of the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center.

Alberto Dominguez (66) from Lidcombe, New South Wales, was a Qantas baggage handler and was returning home after visiting a sick relative in Boston. He is survived by his wife, Martha, four children and six grandchildren.

Originally from Uruguay. He used to be a cycling champion in South America. Emigrated to Australia 29 years ago. Founder of the "Club Uruguayo" in Sydney.

Laura Lee Morabito (34) from Framingham, MA, United States , she was the national sales manager for Qantas in the USA.

I can no longer pray for Laura Lee at each bed time prayer on bended knee, to ask God to keep Laura Lee in good health and to protect her wherever she may be.

I can only ask God to keep her in the bosom of His love to eternal rest. If you my friends, would look up to the cross, then look through the cross you will see Laura Lee.

Laura Lee, we love you and we miss you. The Lord will give strenght unto his people. The Lord will bless his people with peace. Blessed be the Holy name of the Lord.
