QANTAS Aircraft Art

There are many aviation artists around the world but only a few have painted Qantas Aircraft. I have endeavoured to locate those that have a presence on the internet and have sought their permission to show their works on our site. Everyone that I have been able to contact has willingly sent me Pics of their work so please pay them a visit.

Nikyla is a Realism Artist from Queensland who specializes in Aviation Art.

Nikyla Amanda Smith

David from Sydney, NSW, has a number of  Qantas works some of which have been commissioned by Qantas.

David Marshall

Steve lives in Sydney and has plans to paint many more works.

Steve Leadenham

Charles is an British artist. He has only done one Qantas work but it is most impressive.

Charles Thompson

Established Aero Illustrations to provide technical illustration services to the publishing industry specialising in the aviation and aero-historical field.

Juanita Franzi

John is another award winning British artist with a love of aircraft.

John Young

The Guild of Aviation Artists (GAvA) has had a very close relationship with QANTAS in the past. Until 1983 the GAvA held nearly all their aviation art exhibitions in the basement of the QANTAS premises on Piccadilly in London. This venue ceased when the offices were relocated and the Guild had to find a new one at the Victory Services Club. Today the exhibitions are held at the prestigious Mall Galleries near Buckingham Palace, London. Check out the Guild web site for more info and to view all the exhibited works for the last three years. www.gava.org.uk
